We welcome children aged 4 to 11 years old to join our fun-filled adventures at the Foots Cray Out of School Club!

Our doors in our clubs open from 07:30am to 09:00am for Breakfast Club and 3:15pm to 6:15pm for Afterschool Club.

Our Customer Service Team start from 8am till 6:30pm, ready to help you with any and all enquires.

We implement rigorous safety policies, conduct background checks on all staff, and provide regular training on safeguarding procedures. Our facilities are designed to be secure, and we maintain a high staff-to-child ratio to ensure adequate supervision.

Yes! All staff undergo comprehensive training in safeguarding and child protection. They are updated regularly to keep in line with best practices and current legislation, this is done with termly and yearly training courses.

Yes.

All places booked for after school club must be paid for. There is no booking requirement for breakfast club.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and inappropriate behaviour. Incidents are addressed promptly, and we work with all parties involved to resolve the situation amicably.

If our programme is full, we do maintain a waiting list. To be added, simply let us know, and we will keep you updated if a spot becomes available!

Foots Cray's Out of School Club is a fun-filled programme offering quality care and activities for school-aged children before and after school.

Yes, we have strict guidelines in place regarding illness. Children who are unwell should stay home to prevent spreading illness. For medication, we require a written consent form signed by a parent or guardian

Invoices are normally issued on a Monday for the previous week and should be paid by the close of business on the Friday. Failure to do so may result in a late fee and possible suspension. Payments should be made by bank transfer or via one of the various voucher schemes.
