I recommend Footscray out of hours club as I have found the service they provide 5 star!

My son has additional needs, I spoke with Viv in depth regarding this and advised he would need a 121 while in there care. Viv then put together a plan for extra staff for my son and provided extra training for other staff on my sons needs, we have since been able to up his time in the club from part time to full time which he has benefitted greatly from. His gone from a child who would play along side other children to now interacting and playing with children of all ages.

While this team have helped my son with his needs certain things have stood out most about them. They have brought toys just for my sons benefit and any particularly food or drink he requires is never a problem to provide. The staff are always friendly and provide feedback however, Viv often reaches out with a more in-depth update on his progress and with additional information on how she would like to try something new to help with my sons progress.

Over the past 5 months I have found nothing is too much for Viv, she is always available at any hour for any questions I may have. Also the knowledge and advice she has given me will help me through life. It’s refreshing to receive such reactive help from particularly a stranger and then that strange come to care about your child and get excited just as much as you when your child hits a new milestone.

This club has done so much for my family as well as my son and can’t recommend them enough!
